There are almost 2,000,000,000 children on earth.

All these children are different.

One is white, another is brown.
One has light eyes, another dark.
One is short, another tall.
One is a girl, another a boy.

So yes, all children are different.

But in one important way, all children are the same:

they all have RIGHTS.

These rights are the same everywhere in the world.
Each country chooses how to translate them into its laws.
